Cambio di proprietà a Caparsa

After Paolo’s parents died, Caparsa was divided among Paolo and his two brothers. The resulting succession created a difficult choice: sell the property to satisfy the brothers’ shares or find a way to keep it intact. Paolo discussed the future with his five children, who expressed their wish to continue the project begun by their grandfather Reginaldo in 1965 and developed by Paolo and Gianna from 1982.

Paolo consequently assumed responsibility for purchasing both brothers’ shares. The agreement was reached without legal proceedings, and he became sole owner on 23 April 2025. He described the financial commitment as exceptionally demanding for a direct farmer without the resources of a fund, bank or corporate group. The decision gives his five children an opportunity to continue Caparsa. He gave particular credit to Gianna, whose energy, determination and sacrifices made the family estate possible.
