Slow Wine 2025: Riconoscimenti a Caparsa della Guida

Caparsa received the Slow Wine 2025 Chiocciola, an estate-level distinction for producers representing the Slow Food principles of good, clean and fair wine. A separate Top Wine recognition went to Vin Santo DOC del Chianti Classico 2001.

The guide’s national presentation and tasting were scheduled for 19 October 2024 at SuperstudioMaxi in Milan. The programme included a conference on the tension between demand for immediately accessible wines and the effects of climate change, followed by a tasting featuring the recognised estates.
