Contratto presents its revived vermouths at Bar Convent Berlin

Giorgio Rivetti attended Bar Convent Berlin on 9 and 10 October 2013 with Contratto's revived vermouths. It was his first direct encounter with a trade fair centred on bartenders and mixology rather than sommeliers and conventional wine service.

Charles Schumann of Schumann's Bar in Munich helped bridge the traditional and contemporary sides of bartending culture. His positive response to the range complemented the curiosity shown by younger bartenders toward the revived Piedmontese formulas. The event was regarded as validation for bringing the historic Contratto vermouths back to market and positioning them as specialist ingredients for classic and contemporary cocktails.
