Cortona Gourmet: Giglio di Lucca

The first Cortona Gourmet appointment launched a programme intended to bring notable Italian restaurants to Cortona through 2020. The three young chefs of Giglio di Lucca worked with Creta chef Mirko Marcelli on a joint menu combining the approaches of both restaurants.
