Cortona Gourmet: Santo Palato

Sarah Cicolini brought the contemporary Roman trattoria style of Santo Palato to Cortona for the second Cortona Gourmet appointment. Wine journalists joined an examination of Tenimenti d’Alessandro Syrah led by Filippo Calabresi, including discussion of the estate’s new course. Cicolini and Creta chef Mirko Marcelli created a joint menu drawing on both kitchens.
