Mirko Marcelli designed a menu of previously unlisted dishes and unusual ingredients for the Valentine’s Day reopening. The wider experience linked dinner and estate wines with accommodation at Resort Borgo Syrah, contemporary art, wellness and the surrounding vineyards.
