Seasonal opening of Creta Osteria e Pipero

Following the first collaboration in summer 2021, Creta Osteria and Michelin-starred Pipero Roma reunited for the 2022 season. Alessandro Pipero returned to direct the hospitality side alongside the Creta Osteria team and executive chef Gianfranco Pecchioli.

The project aimed to combine conviviality, elegance and informality with close attention to Tuscan ingredients. Seasonal dishes drew on Tuscan, Roman and broader Italian traditions, joining local products with Pipero signatures such as Carbonara. The restaurant operated from May through September with service schedules adjusted by month.
