BOLLETTINO FITOSANITARIO VITE: 22 LUGLIO 2026
Unstable conditions and local rain accompanied the beginning of veraison, while later areas remained at bunch closure. Castelrotto retained 24 mm of soil water and was still experiencing moderate water stress.
Copper protection at 200–300 g of active ingredient per hectare was advised for downy mildew, with longer intervals possible in healthy vineyards. Sulphur protection continued for powdery mildew, avoiding the hottest hours and temperatures above 35°C. Vineyard work also included bunch aeration, Esca monitoring, removal of vines showing grapevine-yellow symptoms, topping and calcium-magnesium nutrition.
The cooperative encouraged SQNPI enrolment and highlighted the additional allocation of 5 quintals per hectare for Appassimento grapes from certified Valpolicella vineyards. Its technical office offered application and documentation support.
