Il Borro Celebrates the Excellence of Valdarno di Sopra

Ponte di Vini took place on 22 July 2026 at Ponte della Gioconda in Ponte Buriano, bringing together Valdarno di Sopra producers for the denomination’s fifteenth anniversary. The programme combined tastings, cuisine and cultural activity while raising support for the Meyer Children’s Hospital Foundation project for innovation and 3D surgery.

Il Borro presented its approach to organic agriculture, biodiversity and local production. Organic ingredients from the estate opened its gastronomic contribution, followed by a dish created by Executive Chef Andrea Campani. Bolle di Borro Metodo Classico Brut Rosé 2018, Polissena Valdarno di Sopra DOC 2020 and Vin Santo del Chianti Occhio di Pernice 2018 accompanied the menu.
