Podernovo hospitality presented at Premio Italia a Tavola

During the Premio Italia a Tavola programme at Tenuta Artimino, held from 30 March to 1 April 2019, Alessandro Lunelli presented the Tenute Lunelli hospitality case study in a discussion titled “Identity of food, wine and hospitality—the real driving force of tourism.”

Podernovo was presented as a vine-covered hill in the Colline Pisane where wine production is joined by Casale Podernovo's accommodation and Locanda Podernovo. The restaurant serves Tuscan classics based on carefully chosen local ingredients and also organises cooking classes for guests staying at the estate.
