The Belguardo Symbol
Belguardo’s star is a stellated icosahedron drawn by Leonardo da Vinci for Fra Luca Pacioli’s De Divina Proportione, written in 1497. The polyhedron was selected to embody imagination, experience, passion, precision, perspective, elegance and style.
Its study of geometric perspective represents the estate’s innovative and eclectic character. Each point and face remains equally distant from the centre but retains a distinct identity, mirroring the idea of individual wines with their own personalities within one coherent estate.
