Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from selected vines in the “Piano di Maggio” vineyard, at 250 metres above sea level.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the second half of September and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Tasting profile
The nose is delicate and elegant. The palate is refreshing, dry and well balanced, with citrus notes.
Serving and pairing
Pair with soft or blue cheeses, freshwater fish, seafood, light vegetable salads or fresh sweet fruit.
