Vineyard and terroir
The geographic and climatic conditions allow high-quality grapes to be harvested every year.
Vinification
The grapes are picked at optimal ripeness and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature and is stopped once the desired level of residual sugar is reached. The whole process is carried out in stainless steel tanks, which preserve the freshness and vibrant character of the grapes.

A semi-sweet table wine with a smooth, pleasant taste and a delicate aroma.

Tornicola wines are produced at the Borgo dei Mori winery, which is owned by Angelo Rocca e Figli.
