The Italian red grapes are grown in a favourable climate and picked at optimum ripeness.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature. Fermentation is stopped when the desired residual-sugar level is reached. The entire process takes place in stainless-steel tanks to retain freshness and a lively character.
