The grapes grow in Puglia in southern Italy, where a long Mediterranean coastline, a warm climate and poor, sun-baked limestone soils shape the growing conditions.

Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, gently pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature. The entire process takes place in steel tanks to retain freshness and energy.
