Vineyard and terroir
The Sangiovese is grown in Puglia in southern Italy. The region has an extensive Mediterranean coastline, a warm climate and poor, sun-baked limestone soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and gently pressed before fermentation at a controlled temperature. The entire winemaking process takes place in stainless-steel tanks to preserve freshness and energy.
