Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in Puglia in southern Italy, a warm region with a long Mediterranean coastline and poor, sun-baked limestone soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and gently pressed before controlled-temperature fermentation. The entire winemaking process takes place in stainless-steel tanks to retain freshness and energy.

The palate is fresh and well balanced.
