Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from the company's certified organic vineyards in Veneto. The region's rich soils give the wine a silky texture.

Ageing
The wine ages in stainless steel vats, followed by a short time in an oak barrel.
Tasting profile
Full-bodied and dry, with a silky texture.
Serving and pairing
Pairs with roast beef, stews, lamb, venison, steak or pasta.
Vintage notes
2020: the growing season in Veneto began slightly earlier than usual, with no problems during flowering or fruit set. From March through July temperatures were moderate and rainfall was at optimal levels. Temperatures rose in July and early August, with heavy rain and some light hail, but no lasting damage resulted. The grapes were in good condition and of good quality, with normal sugar levels, as in previous years.
Label / history
Anna Spinato was founded in 1952 and is based in Ponte di Piave, Treviso, 30 km from Venice. Pietro, the first owner, recognized the area's potential for modern winemaking; winegrowing in Piave itself dates back to the 12th century. The company is now run by Pietro's son, Roberto, who explores new technologies and brings creative ideas to production while respecting the traditions of his ancestors.
