Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on very sunny hillside sites in Treviso. The vines are cultivated with minimal intervention, limited to what is considered strictly necessary.
Grapes
Selected Raboso and Pinot Noir grapes are used in the blend.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in mid-September. Each variety is vinified separately; after fermentation, the wines are blended and undergo secondary fermentation in an autoclave for five weeks.
Tasting profile
Elegant, with pleasant berry notes at the centre of both the aroma and flavour.
