Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on the sunny hills around Alcamo in Sicily.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed. The juice is then cooled and fermented slowly in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with wine yeast.
Ageing
The wine spends a short time on its fine lees before being bottled young.
Tasting profile
Refreshing, with floral aromas and notes of almond, tropical fruit and fennel.
Serving and pairing
Pair with seafood, grilled fish, cold white meats, desserts or light snacks.
