Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from vineyards in Provincia di Pavia IGT.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness, usually in early September, then carefully sorted and gently pressed. They undergo 12 hours of maceration, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine is bottled immediately without ageing to preserve its fresh, youthful aromas and flavours.
Tasting profile
Delicate berry aromas lead to a fresh palate.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with salads, cold cuts, seafood dishes and chicken.
