The fruit comes from vines more than 35 years old.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in mid-October. Fermentation takes place on the skins, with maceration lasting around 40 days.
Ageing
The wine matures for 16 months in large 25 hL Slovenian oak casks, followed by six months in bottle.

Concentrated yet elegant, with a character reminiscent of wines enjoyed by earlier generations.
