Tasting profile
Deep ruby red. The fruit-led bouquet recalls plums and cherry jam, complemented by white pepper, sweet tobacco and liquorice, then toasted suggestions of coffee and dark chocolate. Full-bodied yet soft, the palate has a pleasantly saline character and firm, rounded tannins. The finish is long and fruity.
