Vineyard and terroir
The fruit grows in Friuli Grave on alluvial, gravelly and stony soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 12–14 °C.
Ageing
The wine ages on its lees in stainless steel vats.
