Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from vineyards owned by the family-run Cantine Bonacchi in Tuscany. They grow among hills and cypress-lined avenues in a warm, sunny climate.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand. Vinification is traditional, at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
Before bottling the wine spends a short time in steel vats, which preserves the fresh, expressive character of the grapes' natural aromas.
