Caberlot, believed to be a natural crossing of Cabernet Franc and Merlot. IL CABERLOT is a single-variety wine rather than a blend.
Vinification
Individual plots are vinified separately in stainless-steel vessels.
Ageing
The wine matures for 18 months in French barrels, approximately 50% of which are new, followed by 16 months of ageing in magnum.
