Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is biodynamically grown in estate vineyards in Abruzzo, at 450–500 metres above sea level.
Grapes
Pinot Grigio accounts for at least 85% of the blend, supplemented by native varieties.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and pressed as whole bunches. Fermentation proceeds with natural yeast cultures in steel tanks, with skin contact for one month at 12–14 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures on its fine lees in steel tanks, followed by additional ageing in bottle.
