The fruit comes from Trentino’s northern Alpine environment. Sunny days and cool nights help aromatic white grapes retain freshness, while limestone and alluvial soils contribute richness. The region contains varied microclimates and soils.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature to preserve aromatic potential without introducing oak notes. The wine subsequently rests on fine lees to develop its aromas.
