Vineyard and terroir
The vines are trained as alberello at a density of 6,666 plants per hectare. Harvest takes place in mid-September.
Grapes
55% Chardonnay, 40% Sauvignon Blanc and 5% Gewürztraminer.
Vinification
The Sauvignon Blanc is fermented in stainless steel and remains on its lees for seven months. Chardonnay and Traminer are fermented in 225-litre barrels.
Ageing
The finished wine receives six months of bottle ageing.
