Vineyard and terroir
The vines are trained as alberello at a density of 6,666 plants per hectare. Harvest takes place in mid-September.
Grapes
55% Chardonnay, 40% Sauvignon Blanc and 5% Gewürztraminer.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in 225-litre oak barrels.
Ageing
The wine matures for seven months in 225-litre oak barrels and then for a further seven months in bottle.
