Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards are on sunny, south-facing hillsides in the Valsugana Valley, at an altitude of 500 m. They receive sunshine for most of the day.
Vinification
The grapes are fermented at a low temperature.
Ageing
The wine is briefly stabilised in stainless-steel tanks before resting in bottle for several months.
