Vineyard and terroir
The Terre del Fohn vineyard lies at the foot of the hills of Trento and Lavis. Its well-drained sandy soil helps preserve the grapes’ condition until harvest.
Vinification
The grapes undergo cold maceration for approximately 4–6 hours before pressing. The juice is transferred to a sealed stainless-steel tank and fermented at a controlled temperature with selected yeast strains.
Ageing
The wine is aged in stainless-steel vats.
Tasting profile
The nose is intriguing, with individually discernible notes.
