Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from the estate's organically farmed vineyards in Olivola, in the Ghenza Valley.
Vinification
Harvest is entirely by hand, when the grapes reach optimal ripeness. Barbera and Grignolino are co-fermented, starting spontaneously with native yeasts in fiberglass tanks, without temperature control.
Ageing
The wine ages in the same fiberglass tanks. It is bottled without fining, filtration or added sulfur.
Tasting profile
Simple and very easy to drink, suited to drinking straight away.
