A short maceration takes place during fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation follows.
Ageing
The wine matures in small oak barrels and subsequently in bottle.
Tasting profile
Vibrant and youthful, with abundant fruit, the wine is elegant and fresh. Merlot contributes complexity, structure and a distinctive softness.
Vintage notes
The 2007 vintage was excellent, with Merlot reaching exceptional quality.
