Vineyard and terroir
The Sangiovese and Merlot grow in the estate's vineyards on sandy soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and given brief skin contact at the winery, which produces the pink colour. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 13–16 °C and lasts 13–16 days.
Ageing
The wine rests for two months on fine lees in stainless steel vats.
Tasting profile
Elegant, with a delicate, refined and smooth style. The wine has a refreshing touch.
