Pale straw in color, with a very fine, persistent perlage. Bread-crust aromas and flinty mineral notes frame yellow fruit, redcurrant, delicate wisteria and lightly roasted Piedmont hazelnuts. The palate is crisp and savory, with firm structure.

Suitable with main courses, particularly raw meats, tempura, seafood and intensely flavored vegetables. It also pairs with white truffle and aged cheeses.
