Vinification
The wine is vinified in small tanks using methods intended to preserve the fruit and refinement of the grapes.
Tasting profile
Fruit-forward and refined, with balanced fruit character.
Label / history
The estate includes a 16th-century summer palace that once belonged to monks, as well as its historic cellars. It is owned by technical director Andrea Leonardi, who oversees winemaking.
