Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from Cesari’s own vineyards and from other growers. Cabernet Sauvignon adapts to varied soil types and gives high yields in the local microclimate.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at full ripeness and carefully sorted at the winery. Vinification is carried out under strictly controlled temperatures. The wine is bottled without stabilization or filtration.
