Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown on slopes in the Veneto region, where the Alps contribute to a cool climate.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested during the first ten days of September and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature to retain freshness and fruit character.
Ageing
The wine is bottled in early spring and rests for at least two months in the winery’s cellars.
