Vineyard and terroir
The vines were selected after agronomic research into soil composition and the relationship between the vineyard and its vines. South-facing sites were found to yield grapes with greater complexity, richness and aromatic concentration.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand. Following fermentation, the separately aged portions are blended and prepared for bottling.
Ageing
The wine matures for 10 months: 30% in French oak barrels, 30% in Slovenian oak barrels and the remainder in stainless-steel tanks. After bottling, it rests in the winery’s cellars for at least six months.

Suitable as an aperitif and with light appetizers, seafood and white meat.
