Vineyard and terroir
The Cabernet Sauvignon is grown in south-facing hillside vineyards on limestone soils in the province of Vicenza.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are destemmed and crushed. Fermentation and skin maceration take place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24–26 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures in steel tanks and oak barrels.
