Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from selected vineyards in the province of Vicenza, on low, cool, well-ventilated slopes with clay-limestone soils.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed after harvest. The must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16–18 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests for six months on the lees.
Label / history
The wine belongs to the "Torre dei Vescovi" range, which is served in restaurants and sold in wine shops around the world.
