Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on hills in the province of Vicenza, in deep, fresh clay-limestone soils.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are destemmed and crushed. Fermentation and skin maceration take place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24–26 °C.
Ageing
The wine ages for five months in steel tanks and oak barrels.
