The selected fruit comes from the estate’s vineyards in Veneto, northeastern Italy, where the soils are stony and rich in limestone.
Grapes
The cuvée uses selected Glera and Verdiso grapes.
Vinification
Made by the Italian Charmat method, with secondary fermentation at low temperature in sealed pressurized tanks, followed by bottling under pressure.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with light appetizers, fish, seafood dishes and sushi.
