Grapes
Merlot forms the main part of the blend, supplemented by a small proportion of other red grape varieties.
Vinification
The grapes are crushed and fermented in stainless-steel vats for 17 days at 30 °C. Malolactic fermentation follows immediately after primary fermentation, adding roundness and depth to the palate.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless-steel tanks for 10 months before bottling.
