Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown on the high hills of Treviso.
Vinification
The grapes are carefully selected and undergo two fermentations using the Charmat method. The second fermentation takes place in large stainless-steel autoclaves. Natural fermentation in the autoclave produces a pressure of 2.5 atmospheres.
Tasting profile
Light, fresh, open and easy-going, with an airy character and a mousse of fine bubbles.
