Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the company’s vineyards.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature. The wine then undergoes a second fermentation by the Charmat method in sealed autoclaves, where the base wine ferments with sugar and yeast. The process preserves the grapes’ original aromas and freshness.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with seafood, appetizers, cheeses and berry desserts.
