The grapes are grown in Decordi’s vineyards in Veneto.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and briefly macerated on the skins to develop the wine’s pink colour, followed by fermentation in stainless-steel tanks.

Pair with fish dishes, seafood salads or shellfish.
