Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness, carefully sorted, gently pressed and separated from their skins. The must ferments at low temperatures with selected yeasts. A secondary fermentation with natural strawberry juice follows in pressurised stainless-steel tanks using the Charmat method. The drink is stabilised and filtered before bottling.
