The grapes grow in vineyards in Emilia-Romagna.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and vinified at a controlled temperature. Selected yeasts initiate a second fermentation in sealed pressurized tanks using the Italian Charmat method. The wine is bottled after fermentation.

The nose is bright, while the palate is easy-drinking.
